Within those stages, you can create your own statuses to reflect how your teams actually work. Add, rename, delete or reorder statuses in seconds with simple drag and drop.

When mapped to your CRM, referral data flows naturally between systems.

Your teams keep the detail they care about, while referrers and leaders get clean, consistent reporting - just a shared view that works for everyone.
