RQ is delighted to welcome Jonathan Gunby as a board Adviser.

Jonathan is a highly respected leader in UK financial services with over 40 years of experience. He joined Transact in 2011 as Chief Development Officer and later became CEO, overseeing substantial growth. 

Under his leadership, Transact’s Funds under Direction grew from £10 billion to over £65 billion, and he played a key role in floating the holding company, Integrafin. 

Before Transact, Jonathan was Executive Director at NMG Holdings. His career is marked by strategic leadership, delivering growth, and navigating complex challenges across UK and international financial services.

At RQ, Jonathan will bring his deep industry knowledge and platform experience to help our financial planning clients grow through professional referrals.
