As Head of Customer Success at RQ, Isabel brings extensive experience in client services and SaaS to the team. She has spent the last five years working with fast-moving technology companies, helping them scale their support functions and retain key clients.
Prior to joining RQ, Isabel led the success teams at Timely UK, Zapmap and Switch, where she specialised in reducing churn and building scalable onboarding processes for enterprise users. Her background ensures she understands the balance between technical implementation and building strong human relationships.
At RQ, Isabel is responsible for the entire customer journey. She leads the strategy for onboarding, training, and retention, ensuring every accountant and financial adviser gets the most out of the system.
Isabel is currently completing an MBA and holds a BA in Marketing Communications from the University of the West of England. Outside of work, she loves walking her dogs, weightlifting, and is a voracious reader.
