Jonathan Gunby
Jonathan brings more than four decades of experience in UK financial services to RQ, with deep expertise in platform growth, strategy and business leadership.
He most recently served as CEO of Transact, where he oversaw substantial expansion - growing Funds under Direction from about £10 billion to over £65 billion - and played a central role in floating the holding company, Integrafin.
He retired from Transact in March 2025 after nearly 15 years with the business, having also held senior roles at NMG Holdings earlier in his career.
At RQ, Jonathan supports the team as a Board Adviser. He helps shape strategy and offers guidance to Financial Advisers on maximising professional referral networks and strengthening trusted relationships that drive growth.
